RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How To Return

In the unlikely event that you may want to return an item to us, then please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at andreiaboutiquesales@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and which item(s) you’d like to return.

2. Send the item(s) to our address which will be emailed to you once your return is approved. 

Next Steps

Please make sure your order receipt is included inside your parcel otherwise we will not know who the return is from and this will delay the return process.

We accept returns of all items (not sale items) that are in their original condition, with tags attached, and have no evidence of stains, odours, make-up or tanning products attached to them. If your returned item has any of the above, then we have the right to refuse your return and the item will be sent back to you.

Your return needs to arrive back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If your item is out of the 14 day return policy, we do have the right to refuse this and send it back to you.

Once your return has arrived back to us, we will process this as quickly as possible (within 5 working days). If you have checked your tracking number and your return has arrived back to us and it has surpassed the 5 working days, then please email us at andreiaboutiquesales@gmail.com.

I Want to Return a Sale Item?

We do not accept returns/refunds for sale items.

I Want to Exchange My Order?

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, only returns. If you'd like to change your original order for another item, then you will have to return your order to us following the steps above, and then place another order with us.

I Want to Cancel My Order?

After placing an order with Andreia Boutique, you will not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order. If you receive your order and no longer would like it then you will need to send it back to us for a return (please see how to return for steps on returning items).

Undelivered Parcel

If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent advising you of this. If you would still like the item, then you will have to place the order again.

If you missed a delivery, your parcel will be held at the Post Office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery. You can check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
