We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal.
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?
All payment information is processed securely by third parties such as PayPal and Shopify Payments. Once your order has been placed, we will not have any access to your payment information. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments in all currencies around the World.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING EMAIL?
All emails are sent automatically so please check your junk mail in case it has ended up in there. To avoid this happening again, please add our email firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET (UK CUSTOMERS)?
After placing an order with us you will receive a confirmation email. Usually it takes us around 2-3 working days (sometimes less) to process an order. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive another email. Please note that when selecting your shipping method, this is not the number of days for the item to arrive after placing your order, but is the time for it to arrive after the item has left our warehouse.
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, then pop us an email and we will be ready to help you sort out this issue.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)?
Orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union will have to go through customs once they arrive at the country of destination. This can sometimes cause a delay in the arrival of your order, and it is not known how long an item can spend in customs. It is recommended to allow up to 15 working days for orders to arrive.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Yes, we accept returns but not exchanges. Please read our Returns and Exchanges page.
HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?
To use your store credit, please login to your customer account and on the payment page of the checkout there will be a tick box where you can choose to spend your store credit.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
At times some items are so popular that they sell out! If this is the case, then we would have emailed you confirming this, and would have supplied you with a store credit for this item.
So if an item is missing from your order, please check your emails to make sure that we sent you an email regarding this, and also check your Andreia Boutique customer account to see your store credit.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PAYING?
Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to make any amendments to it or cancel it, so please make sure that your details are correct before placing your order.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE?
Unfortunately you can only use one discount code at a time per order. However, if an item is on sale and you use a discount code then this will be fine!
